big changes coming this week

I'm making some changes to how I share content with you, and I want to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Starting this week, you'll receive two emails from new addresses. Here's exactly what's coming and what to do with each one.

Email 1 — from [email protected]

This replaces the emails you've been getting from me. Every week, you'll receive one edition of The Leverage Report — coaching notes, real agency case studies, and frameworks from inside our scaling programs. Same me, sharper format, built from the actual work I do with agencies every week.

The first edition drops Thursday. It's a case study about an agency owner who doubled his profit margins and took a month off in Hawaii while his clients had no idea he was gone.

When this email arrives, drag it to your Primary inbox (if you're on Gmail) or add [email protected] to your contacts so you don't miss it.

Email 2 — from [email protected]

Subject line will be "Complete Your Registration with Niche in Control." This is legit — it's giving you access to a new platform at app.nicheincontrol.com where you'll create a password.

Once you're in, you'll have access to two free gifts that come with your subscription:

The Agency Owner's Guide to Freedom — the full book course walking you through the Leverage for Growth method

The Leverage for Growth Game — an interactive experience that puts the frameworks into practice to create an agency that is no longer dependent upon you

When this email arrives, create your password right away so your access is ready before the first edition lands.

What you need to do:

1. Watch for two emails in the next 24-48 hours — one from value@ and one from [email protected]

2. Add both addresses to your contacts (or drag to Primary in Gmail)

3. Create your password when the support@ email arrives

4. Open Thursday’s Leverage Report — your first edition is a good one

You don't need to re-subscribe or sign up for anything. You're already in.
